Shipping
Standard shipping costs are a flat rate of $7. Orders that are $150+ receive free shipping!
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 3 days for your order to be shipped. Typically, it will take 5-7 business days for your order to show up at your door. Business days exclude holidays and weekends. If you need something quicker please contact us.
If you select free local pickup, please wait until you receive an email stating your pickup item is ready. If you have any questions about pickup times you can email besimplyblessed@yahoo.com.
Additional Info:
Simply Blessed LLC is not liable for any situations out of our control, such as weather, delayed delivery schedule, or lost packages. We will provide you a tracking number, but if your items are lost or damaged you will need to file a claim with UPS or the carrier.

Refund Policy
ONLINE ORDERS:
We totally understand you can’t try things on through a screen! Online orders are still eligible for a full refund upon return.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
Starting March 9th, all returns purchased in-store will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used at either of our Simply Blessed locations or online.
GENERAL INFO:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- There will be a $5 flat rate for return shipping through USPS or UPS (we will subtract this from your refund amount).
To start a return, you can contact us at besimplyblessed@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, gift cards, swimwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty/health products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
