Shipping and Returns
STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
ONLINE ORDERS:
We totally understand you can’t try things on through a screen! Online orders are still eligible for a full refund upon return.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
All returns purchase in-store will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used at either of our Simply Blessed locations or online.
GENERAL INFO:
- We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- There will be a $5 flat rate for return shipping through USPS or UPS (we will subtract this from your refund amount). This will only appy to U.S. orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at besimplyblessed@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, gift cards, swimwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty/health products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Returns & Shipping Costs:
For all international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their purchase. This includes the original delivery shipping fees and any return shipping costs back to our location. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping charges for international returns. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are also non-refundable.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Holiday returns begin November 27th!
In-store: Returns will be accepted for store credit only. Store credit will be issued as a gift card and can be used at either of our locations or online.
Online: Returns will be accepted for a full refund back to your original payment method.
All returns must be made by January 5th, and holiday-specific merchandise is final sale.
